Policy Details
You can return your investment anytime from the date you receive it.
Any item from Kaufman & Kaufman can be returned, no questions ever.
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the asset purchased in the same condition it was received.
Return Shipping Fees
Kaufman & Kaufman will always pay for return shipping fees. The return shipping is deducted from the refund we issue. Please get in touch with your asset concierge for details. Contact us via email at: sales@kaufmanandkaufman.com.
Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Exceptions, Kaufman & Kaufman, does not charge a restocking fee if Items are damaged or defective.
Process Details
To return your investment from Kaufman & Kaufman, securely place the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. Please ship your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Kaufman & Kaufman will process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been received, processed, and refunded. Your asset concierge is always available to assist and will be with you.
