How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order, you have a few options:

  • Please place an order in our online store. You can check out with any major credit or debit card.

  • Email your purchase order to sales@kaufmanandkaufman.com or fax it to 800-343-6828 for established accounts.

    • Note: This option is not available for international customers. For more information on ordering for a global, read this article.

  • If purchasing with a check or money order, please send your order and check payable to:

Returns & Refunds

Policy Details

You can return your item anytime from the date you received it. Any item from Kaufman & Kaufman can be returned, and no questions will be asked.

For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

 

Shipping Fees

Kaufman & Kaufman will always pay the return shipping fees on all acquisitions, and the cost will be deducted from your refund. In addition, we deliver the return shipping fees if an item is damaged or not as described.

Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Exceptions: Kaufman & Kaufman does not charge a restocking fee if Items are damaged and defective or are not as stated on our website. We have a no-hassle and no-questions return policy.

Refunds
